MegaChess Return Policy

At MegaChess, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving them.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable: We cannot offer refunds on products that show clear signs of use. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. You may use your own carrier or request a label from us. If we provide a label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original Shipping Deduction: The actual cost we incurred to ship the order to you (even if you received Free Shipping) will be deducted from your final refund.

How to Start a Return

Do not ship items back without approval. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

  1. Get Your RMA: Call us at 1-855-634-2055 or email info@megachess.com.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original box.

  3. Ship It: Attach the shipping label and send it to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once received and inspected at our Return Center, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. It may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment. If you would prefer a store credit, we're happy to set that up for you.

Special Cases

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately! Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 1-855-634-2055. We will replace parts or products at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging material. We will need a photo of the damage to the set and the packing materials so we can make a claim with the carrier. You can email us image at info@megachess.com.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, notify us within 10 days. If the error was ours, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: We understand that you may change your mind on a purchase. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Missing packages must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier; these must be reported to the carrier directly.
