This resin MegaChess set is our least expensive in the fiberglass / resin category. It is rugged and solid, and the traditional Staunton style that is familiar to all chess players.

Includes huge fold-up chess board with 11¾" squares, and a sturdy vinyl tote bag to carry everything.

Qty is the total quantity per piece, black and white. Each chess set ships with the regulation 32 pieces. Width is the diameter of the base, and Height is the distance from the base to the highest part of the piece, each measured in inches. Weight is the weight of each single piece. The total weight is for all 32 chess pieces, not including shipping materials. Everything is accurate to ±15%.

The bottoms all unscrew so you can add gravel to give them a solid, heavy feel.

Unfortunately, this is the only chess set sold by MegaChess where individual pieces are not available.

Please note that individual pieces are available for the plastic MegaChess set with the 8-inch king and the 16-inch king, both of which are cheaper than this resin MegaChess set with a 12-inch king.
