FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
How can I get individual pieces?
First find the MegaChess set that interests you. Click the "Individual Pieces" button on that page, and you'll see a list of that set's individual pieces. We sell individual pieces for almost all MegaChess sets, either as replacements or as individual decorations, photo props, award trophies, etc. The same goes for chess boards made of individual tiles.

Do you have catalogs or price lists?
We may have catalogs and price lists one day, but not for a while. We are adding new MegaChess products so quickly that a catalog or price list would be obsolete as soon as it was printed.

How do I match chess sets and chess boards?
Each of the MegaChess sets show the base diameter of the pieces in a table on the page. Select a chess board with squares just larger than the base diameter of the king if you can. A chess board with squares that match the diameter of the intermediate pieces (rook, bishop, knight) is acceptable. In those cases, the king and queen will extend beyond the square, but the pawns will balance things. For large chess boards, the diameter of the base of the king should be no smaller than half the width of a square, though tastes vary in this matter.
